Lance and Eleanor Powers, Franchisees
Lance began his career with Express Personnel Services In October of 2002 as the national sales manager. Lance’s main focus was to work with the Franchisees in successfully procuring and retaining large national clients. During his tenure, Lance quickly realized that becoming an Express franchisee was ultimately in his future career plan. In October of 2004, Lance and Eleanor Powers opened the Grapevine, TX, office of Express Personnel Services.
Lance and Eleanor Powers are both sales and marketing professionals, with over 25 years experience in B2B, B2C and retail sales. They have focused on enhancing their skills in developing new business through highly innovative and coordinated team efforts, identifying client needs, developing strategic proposals, and facilitating service implementation. They strive to treat every client and applicant with the utmost respect so that the end result is a “Win-Win.”
