Natalie Stegall, Staffing Consultant/Office Manager
Natalie has been with Express for nearly two years. She started working full-time for the Grapevine, TX, office in August of 2005 as the front office coordinator. Natalie moved into an outside sales position with the Express office in May of 2006. She was promoted to the staffing consultant/office manager role in July of 2006. Her focus is recruiting and staffing for temporary, evaluation, and direct hire positions in primarily the administrative and professional areas. As office manager, she is also responsible for training and development of inside office staff. 

Carol Anderson, Business Development Manager
Carol has worked with Express Personnel Grapevine for almost two years. She started as an Express associate working with a local client and was soon recruited by the Express Grapevine office to work as front office coordinator. In October 2006, Carol also began training to assist with staffing and recruiting. In April 2007, Carol was promoted to outside sales/business development. Her current focus is building relationships with new clients, servicing and developing existing accounts, and representing Express at local events and job fairs. 

Ashley Rohlf, Front Office Coordinator
Ashley began working with the Express Grapevine office in March 2007. She is currently working as front office coordinator and is the initial point of contact for all applicants and clients. Her responsibilities also include assisting with employment verifications, office administration, recruiting, and appointment setting.
